Heading North on I-405

From North I-405, take Exit 20-B (NE 124th St./Totem Lake Blvd). Stay in the right hand lane and take Totem Lake Blvd sub-exit. Go straight through the light at the end of the exit. This is the street between the upper and lower levels of Totem Lake Shopping Mall. Proceed to the top of the hill. Go through the light at NE 128th St. Turn right at the next light, NE 130th Lane. Go one block, turn right into the Blue entrance/parking garage. Enter hospital. Go past the gift shop. Go past the elevator, down the hallway of the Evergreen Professional Center. Go to suite #220.

Heading South on I-405

From South I-405, take Exit 20 (NE 124th St) and turn left at the light onto NE 124th St. (You will pass over I-405) Turn left onto Totem Lake Blvd. Turn right at the next light onto 120th. Follow this street through the Totem Lake Shopping Mall and up the hill. Go through the light at NE 128th St. Turn right at the next light, NE 130th Lane. Go one block, turn right into the Blue entrance/parking garage. Enter hospital. Go past the gift shop. Go past the elevator, down the hallway of the Evergreen Professional Center. Go to suite #220.
